Annie Fox for Teens... Hey, Terra!

Hi there… How’s it going? Probably not all that great or you wouldn’t be here looking for help. No worries. Teens have been emailing me since 1997 because I give good advice. If you’ve got a problem with friends, so-called friends, a bf/gf, a parent, or anything else… email me. I can help you sort out your feelings. No matter what’s going on, you always have choices. And choices matter because sometimes the stuff we do to “fix” a problem only makes things worse. You don’t want to go there. Instead, let me help you figure out your next best move

In friendship,

“My bf didn't get into the high school he wanted to go to.”

Hey Terra,

Me and my best friend have been best friends since kindergarten. But this weekend she took our other friend with her on vacation!!! I know people are suppose to have other friends and everything but there's more to the WHOLE story than that. You see about two months ago my best friend asked me to go with her on vacation but at the time I had a sprained ankle! I told her that was the reason I couldn't go with her. Hey Terra,

My bf is really upset about not getting into the high school he wanted to go to. It's not that he didn't have the grades, it's just that his family isn't religious. His mom won't talk to him and his dad said that it wasn't the end of the world. I don't know how to help him feel any better, or should I just let it be a family issue and let him get through it with his dad's help?

Anyway, thank you for your time, I appreciate it.

Lost
